Earlier, Tollywood producer KP Chowdary was caught in a drug bust in Hyderabad. The police started investigating him regarding his connection with drug peddlers.
Shortly after the investigation, it was identified that Chowdary had multiple phone calls with young actress Ashu Reddy.
Ashu Reddy’s name was then carried by media houses in connection with this case and she has now responded to the same.
“To whomever concerned… Some sections of the media are talking all kinds of falsehoods with regard to my association with some people … strongly condemn it and will let the relevant people know the truth of the matter, if it comes to that. Openly posting my number will not be tolerated.” Ashu Reddy wrote regarding the media reports.
Ashu has denounced the rumors regarding her name coming up in Chowdary’s drug peddling investigation.
