The film’s OTT commitments have made another major delay difficult. Reports have indicated that the non-theatrical deal is linked to the release schedule, while the producer is also keen to avoid complications with the theatrical business already planned around September 24.
The latest move from the production side adds more weight to this. Buzz is that the producer has instructed overseas distributors to expedite the release formalities for September 24, clearly signaling that the team is preparing to go ahead with the date.
Now the pressure is on director Srikanth Odela to finish the remaining post-production work on time. With very little breathing room left, the team has to complete the final work and deliver the film for the announced release.
