Niharika Konidela, daughter of actor-producer Nagababu, began her career as an actress before moving into production.
She has acted in several films and web series, and under her banner Pink Elephant Pictures, she has produced short films and digital content. In recent years, she shifted focus to mainstream cinema.

Her first theatrical production, Committee Kurrallu, released last year and received a positive response. Encouraged by that success, Niharika is now set to produce more feature films.
Her next project is a small-budget romantic comedy fantasy film. It stars Sangeeth Shobhan in the lead role, with Nayan Sarika as the female lead.

It will be directed by Manasa Sharma, who previously worked with Niharika on the web series Bench Life. That show earned Manasa recognition, and this marks her debut as a film director. Industry talks suggest that the Niharika–Manasa duo could prove to be a winning combination.
The film’s pooja ceremony was attended by Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin, who gave the first clap. He also praised the storyline, saying it has strong youth appeal and the potential to connect with a broader audience.

Lead actor Sangeeth Shobhan is gaining popularity through his recent work. He’s become known for his comedic timing, especially in projects like MAD and MAD Square. With this film, many believe he could add another hit to his growing list.
Niharika has to prove that Committee Kurrallu was not a fluke and that she is indeed a tasteful producer with an eye for riveting and commercially successful subjects.
Her acting career didn’t fetch her any stardom, but she can turn into a star producer if she chooses the right scripts.
Whether Niharika can deliver another success as a producer remains to be seen. But with a promising team and positive early buzz, the project is off to a solid start.
