Pawan Kalyan announced Hari Hara Veera Mallu over 3 years ago. This project was launched in a grand manner and the first glimpse video built up the hype on the same. But sadly for those involved, that’s about it as far as this project goes. It has been in a stalemate state.
Coming to the topic, the producer of the film AM Ratnam had a brief interaction with the media today (regarding some other film). M9 then asked him about the status of Hari Hara Veera Mallu and here is what he had to say.
“Ours is a period film. It isn’t like we can wrap up it at one go. Even if Pawan garu allots his dates in bulk, we can’t wrap the shoot. It has to be shot in stages, given the set work and CGI that is involved. We will start the film by the end of this year and release it before the next elections.” Ratnam said.
The veteran producer added “Pawan garu assured me he will work on our project soon. His immediate aim is to do quick films and remakes so that he can spend money in politics. He is a politician in AP now and I have to respect his intentions”.
Ratnam has indeed confirmed that Pawan’s immediate focus is on completing remakes for quick money. He also confirms that HHVM will be prepared for release by next elections.
