During the promotions of Rakasa, produced by Niharika Konidela, the team met Ram Charan. In a light moment, he addressed the ongoing buzz and firmly stated that Peddi is not getting delayed. He even asked them to spread this message, showing that he is aware of the unnecessary speculation.
However, the confusion grew after the makers released a new poster on Hanuman Jayanti. The poster featured Ram Charan in a striking “Pehelwan” avatar and received strong appreciation. But one detail stood out. The poster did not mention the April 30 release date.
This missing detail has now become the main reason for doubt. Fans and trade circles see it as a possible sign of postponement. As a result, even after Ram Charan’s statement, uncertainty continues.
Adding to this, there are reports that some distributors, both in India and overseas, have been informally told about a possible delay. This creates a clear gap between what is being said officially and what is being discussed within the industry.
