The makers of Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Pan-India film Peddi have revealed very little so far- just a few posters, two glimpses, and a couple of songs. While the songs showcased Charan’s electrifying dance moves, the glimpses highlighted two contrasting avatars of him- one as a cricketer and the other as a wrestler.
Despite the limited promotional material, the film has managed to build immense anticipation. All eyes are now on the theatrical trailer, set to be unveiled tomorrow in Mumbai. Ahead of the release, director Buchi Babu Sana showed the trailer exclusively for select media personnel.
Going by the buzz from Buchi Babu’s interviews and the early responses, the director is being widely praised for mounting a massive, larger-than-life story with remarkable conviction. Those who watched the trailer say Peddi is far from a routine commercial entertainer.
Reportedly, the film offers a complete package- adrenaline, emotion, grandeur, thrills, and powerful elevations, blended in the right proportions. The 3-minute trailer is said to be packed with all these elements.
Ram Charan’s commanding screen presence is being highlighted as one of the biggest takeaways. Apart from sporting multiple makeovers, he is said to have delivered one of the finest performances of his career.
The dialogues too are drawing attention, especially the impactful final line revealed earlier by Chiranjeevi: “Meerandaru nenu aadanani anukuntunnaru… nenu poradaanu sir…”, sure to electrify the masses.
With such strong early reactions, the hype around the trailer, and the film, continues to skyrocket.
