Prabhas is one of the biggest superstars, if not the biggest superstar in Indian cinema currently. The kind of revenues that he can generate and the volume of audience, he can pull to theatres is beyond ordinary.
However, there is one thing that is seriously lacking with Prabhas and it is proper planning of projects.

For instant, he made Adipurush with a second grade director like Om Raut. This film is based on the Hindu epic of Ramayan, and it could have absolutely destroyed the box office had it been made on the right meter.
But Prabhas was rather stagnated with his approach as he went with a non-mainstream director for this epic film. In the end, a film that should have created madness at the box office became troll material.

And now we have Bollywood making another film based on Ramayana and this time it has Yash and Ranbir in the lead roles. The glimpse of this film was released recently, and it opened pretty good response.
But the crucial point that must be noted, here is that Prabhas is the hero who should have been in the middle of such a set up.

A talented director like Nitish Tiwari, ambitious producer, immaculate musicians like AR Rahman and Hans Zimmer are what were needed for such a scale film, if at all Prabhas wanted to make it happen.
This is the kind of planning that superstar like Prabhas must be executing, rather than directors like Om Raut. Had Prabhas been a part of this epic Ramayana set up with such huge crew, Sky is the limit here. But he blatantly wasted this opportunity with Adipurush.
