Life seems to have come to a standstill and many things are kept in the waiting like the biopic that is to be directed by veteran and legendary Singeetham Srinivas Rao. According to the latest buzz, he has approached Samantha for a biopic.
Though nothing is finalised yet, looks like, the director approached Samantha for the biopic on Bangalore Nagarathnamma, the legendary Carnatic singer and dancer who went on to become a freedom fighter.
She was a devadasi, Carnatic singer, social reformer, cultural activist and courtesan at Mysore Maharaja palace and was well versed in Telugu, Kannada, English and Sanskrit. Looking at her credentials, the course of her life is rather interesting and intriguing to be made into a biopic.
Sam is yet to give her nod, but things might finalise once she listens to the final narration from the legendary director who is said to have completed working on the scripts.
