“It is early to say about the film’s story but we will Recreate Kolkata of the 1970s. Shyam Singha Roy is one film every producer wants to do such film at least one in his career. We had lots of problems like COVID breaks, damage of sets etc but even then, I did not feel stressed even for a day. Nani is the main reason for that,” he added.

“Shyam Singha Roy is a Universal subject. We are sure there will be big demand for the Hindi remake rights. So, we did not plan the release in Hindi,” he said.
