Ram Charan Tej venturing into aviation industry has been in discussion since more than one and half years. And the latest update on the airlines is that it is going to start its operations from this April onwards if all the required permissions are obtained from the Director General of Civil Aviation.
Ram Charan’s Turbo Megha Airways Private Ltd. is planning to fly 72 seater ATR aircraft to several destinations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These aircrafts are primarily targetted for pilgrims and middle class. Besides this 72 seater, a subsidiary of Ram Charan’s airways, Turbo Aviation Corporation is also planning to start a nine-seater jet for business class.
The permissions for Turbo Megha Airways are on the way and at present it becomes necessary to increase the watch hours in Vijayawada airport. Which also means that there should be an increase in staff and infrastructure besides the parking space for the aircraft. As a director of the company, Ram Charan is taking part in all official meetings and promoting his brand would only come into scene later.
