NTR’s first solo release in six years, Devara is heading for release on the 27th of this month and the stakes are high on this one. The advance bookings have also almost entirely opened in the Telugu states.
Coming to the topic, Devara’s 1 AM show tickets in the mass centers across Hyderabad have become a priced possession, it seems.
Apparently, the key theaters in RTC X Roads, Sandhya and Sudarshan are seeing extreme demand for early show tickets. Same is the case with Bramarambha and Arjun theaters in Kukatpally, which are anyway a stronghold for the Nandamuri family.
There are several posts on social media that the prices of Devara tickets in the mass theaters across the city are selling for Rs 4K to 5K a piece. This is a sensational number if true.
The number in circulation is obviously in the black ticketing market which is a norm for superstar films since ages.
Being a true blue mass film, Devara has the backing of the masses and this is resulting in huge demand for tickets in the mass belts. Adding to that, NTR’s existing mass image appears to be coming into play here.
