Young actor Kiran Abbavaram is coming up with a comedy-drama titled Rules Ranjann. The film is set for release on 28 September and the trailer for the same has been unveiled now.
The trailer starts with the introduction of Ranjan(Kiran) as an upright guy who sets a few rules for himself and abides by them. But his arc changes after meeting a beautiful lady(Neha Shetty).
There is slapstick comedy through the course of the trailer with Vennela Kishore, Hyper Adi, and Viva Harsha. There could be an effort to showcase a new facet of the hero characterization who is a rules-crazy guy. A lot will depend on how this is received by the audience.
There are a few youthful dialogues in the trailer. If the slapstick comedy part clicks, then the film could have a connecting factor with the younger section of the audience.
Kiran appears to be trying his hand at a commercially packaged comedy caper which can be regarded as a safe bet if presented well. Will he be able to get back to winning ways with this film? We shall see on 28 September.
