Memories form the emotional backbone of Sahaa (Life of Sanju), and the newly released theatrical trailer gives a glimpse into a protagonist whose entire life seems to be shaped by the relationships he encounters along the way. The film, directed by Nishanth Doti, stars Kumar Kasaram, Swetha Lakshman and Vrajana Pandya play the leads. Backed by Tejeswar Velpucharla under the Sumaira Studios banner, the movie is set for release on September 4.
Sanju’s story is presented as a journey through time. From innocent childhood days to school and college, from discovering love for the first time to entering marriage and experiencing its emotional consequences, the character goes through several transformations. These experiences appear to shape the man he eventually becomes. But just when his life seems to have moved forward, an unexpected encounter changes everything.
Kumar Kasaram gets a challenging role that demands him to portray Sanju at different stages of life. He brings the required innocence, maturity and emotional depth to the character. Swetha Lakshman and Vrajana Pandya also appear effective in their respective parts.
Shekar Chandra’s soulful score strengthens the nostalgic appeal, while Karunakar K’s cinematography lends warmth and visual depth to the proceedings.
With its unusual premise, layered emotional conflict and journey across several stages of Sanju’s life, Sahaa (Life of Sanju) has generated inquisitiveness with its trailer.
