Sai Pallavi has built a strong reputation for choosing content-driven films and rarely signs projects unless the script genuinely excites her. A women-centric film headlined by her naturally raises expectations, especially if it is backed by a powerful emotional story, a genre Kishore Tirumala is known for.
At the same time, the film is equally important for the director. After struggling to deliver a major success following Nenu Sailaja, Kishore Tirumala needs a strong comeback. A collaboration with an actress like Sai Pallavi could help him return to the kind of storytelling that earned him recognition in the first place.
