Tollywood’s lucky charm Samyuktha, who is busy with multiple projects, is doing a female-oriented film for the first time. Directed by Yogesh KMC, the movie The Black Gold features her as an honest cop who takes on powerful forces in society. Given the scale and scope of the story, the makers are planning a pan-India release.
Meanwhile, the team has completed the shooting of The Black Gold. Despite its scale, the film was wrapped up in a tight 60-day schedule in 5 schedules, as unveiled through making video. The action sequences were shot using multiple cameras, ensuring both speed and visual impact.
Billed as a high-voltage action drama, the film is produced by Razesh Danda under Hasya Movies, in association with Maganti Pictures. The story explores a controversial coal syndicate with alleged links to influential figures, and its real-life inspiration adds a layer of authenticity.
