He marries Kalyani (Chandini Chowdary), but soon faces opposition from her father and discovers that they are unable to conceive due to his low sperm count. Determined to overcome this challenge, Vikranth sets out to increase his sperm count in 100 days, following medical advice and specific lifestyle changes.
