Prakash Jha who is known for his political and activist type movies will be releasing yet another film of that kind titled ‘Satyagraha’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan, who was recently termed as the greatest Bollywood star by a UK poll. The multi-starrer political flick is surrounded with speculations and it is said that film revolves around the life of Anna Hazare, the popular activist-leader who is currently standing against corruption in the Indian Government.
It is a great topic for a movie and after the nationwide frenzy over the corruption issue, it will surely make a very successful movie. Yet Jha rejected all these rumors which say that the film is based on Anna Hazare and only agreed that there are references from some real-life incidents from the whole world. A statement released by Jha asserted that even though the Anna Hazare movement assembled the mass of India, the logic behind the film is entirely different.
