Sharwanand

Sharwanand has been going through a rough patch in his career with continuous flops.

Right from Padi Padi Leche Manasu, Jaanu, Ranarangam, Sreekaram, Maha Samudram, to Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu.

His last film Oke Oka Jeevitham turned out to be decent but box office-wise it didn’t make much impact and remained as an underperformer for Sharwanand.

A decade ago, there was a time when Sharwanand was picking up interesting scripts like Run Raja Run, Prasthanam, Express Raja, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, and Mahanubhavudu which turned out to be quite successful and then he lost his judgment and did some inconsequential films.

But he seems to be back on track now. Oke Oka Jeevitham was appreciated for its content and his next film Manamey also looks promising.

Manamey is directed by Sriram Adittya who is a young and sensible director. He hasn’t made any groundbreaking films yet but he has the sensibilities in place and if he gets a good script he can deliver an interesting film and Manamey might turn out to be that film.

The music promotions kick off on March 28th with the release of the first single, “Ika Naa Maate.” The film’s music is by Hesham Abdul Wahab, known for his memorable work in ‘Kushi’ and ‘Hi Nanna.’

“Manamey,” produced by TG Vishwa Prasad’s People Media Factory with Vivek Kuchibhotla as the co-producer, is expected to be a family entertainer.

Starring Krithi Shetty as the female lead, the movie has a strong technical team and a passionate director behind it. With all these elements coming together, “Manamey” might be the success Sharwanand is waiting for.
