In a shocking incidence of moral policing shown by a private airline, a woman was prevented aboard a Mumbai-Delhi flight by the staff of Indigo airlines for violating their specific dress code. Surprisingly, the woman concerned was not only a former Indigo employee but also a family member of a current employee.

Moreover another passenger who witnessed the incident and overheard the commotion claimed that the woman was not dressed indecently and was just wearing a frock that ended above her knee. The airline has given an explanation of the matter saying that the employees and the nominated family members are required to maintain a specific dress code and the ground staff just followed this protocol,
