Releasing very soon are two of Shruti Haasan’s film namely D-DAY and Ramaiya Vastavaiya. Even more surprising is the fact that both the films are gearing up for a release on the same day that is the 19th of July. Sruthi’s Telugu film with Ravi Teja is confirmed to release on 28th June.

In the film D-Day, Shruti who is playing the role of a prostitute appears opposite Arjun Rampal. Talking about the character and the intimate scenes that is a part of that character, Shruti says that she believes these scenes to be integral to the film, considering the fact that it is not there for shock value or titillation but are essential parts of the character. It is important to mention here that Shruti’s character falls in love with Rampal’s character and the relationship is based mainly on physicality while the emotionality and the understanding comes at a later point of time.
