After many delays and postponements, the makers of Sundeep Kishan’s rural horror thriller Ooru Peru Bhairavakona announced the release date as February 9.
But now Ravi Teja’s Eagle has opted out of the Sankranthi clash and is going to have a solo release on February 9 as promised by the film chamber. So now Ooru Peru Bhairavakona has no option but to change the release date once again.
Directed by the technically sound, VI Anand, the film garnered decent buzz after an intriguing promo. One song also became very popular.
After Virupaksha, this film looked promising from its promotional material. But after many postponements due to VFX issues and other reasons, the film started losing steam.
The makers were planning to start promotions soon to bring back the hype around the film. But after Eagle’s shift this film has to suffer silently for no fault. The makers will now have to find another suitable date for their film.
Ooru Peru Bhairavakona is produced by Razesh Danda and Anil Sunkara presents it under AK Entertainments. Varsha Bollamma and Kavya Thapar will be seen as the leading ladies.
