After the success of Animal, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is now focused on his next big project, Spirit, starring Prabhas. Since the announcement, expectations have gone through the roof. Known for his intense emotions, bold storytelling, and unapologetic characters, Sandeep is expected to bring out a side of Prabhas that fans have missed for years.
Audiences still remember the raw intensity of Vijay Deverakonda in Arjun Reddy and Ranbir Kapoor in Animal. Now, everyone is waiting to see how Prabhas will be portrayed in Spirit. With his natural screen presence and charisma, Prabhas can light up the screen when backed by a powerful script. Reports suggest that Sandeep plans to explore the true meaning of rebellion in this film and reveal the real “Rebel Star” in Prabhas.
Recently, the director surprised fans by dropping an audio announcement teaser featuring Prabhas’s AI-generated voice. The film is said to be an emotional yet wild action drama that shows the actor in a fierce new avatar. Industry insiders claim the flashback portions written by Sandeep are deeply emotional and will connect strongly with the audience.
The re-release of Baahubali reminded everyone of Prabhas’s golden phase. Fans feel he has lost some of that fire in recent years, and they expect Spirit to reignite that spark. Tripti Dimri plays the female lead, and Harshavardhan Rameshwar is composing the music. The movie is reportedly planned for a 2027 release.
With Spirit, Sandeep Reddy Vanga aims to redefine Prabhas’s image once again.
