Young actor Nikhil is coming up with action thriller, Spy, which has attained pan Indian appeal given the fact that it deals with the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandrabose. The trailer for the film dropped a short while ago.
The trailer is loaded with action shots featuring the main man Nikhil.
The intensity is built up through good BGM and fast-cut shots. The core plot of Netaji’s disappearance is touched upon multiple times in the trailer.
The visuals look good and the visual optic is on the scale that is needed to appeal to pan Indian audiences.
We see Rana towards the end of the trailer and he says a famous quote from Netaji. His character could provide the impetus in the film, given the X factor Rana has.
The mystery surrounding Subhash Chandrabose’s death is a very sensitive topic and it needs to be addressed in a logical and convincing manner. The fate of Spy will depend on how this main thread is dealt with. If the closure is good, then the film has good prospects at the box office.
