Strategically, Sridevi reserved her response till she arrived in Hyderabad for the trailer launch event of ‘Mom’. In an interview, Sridevi pointed out Rajamouli’s unprofessional and childish way of revealing her remuneration and the other details about her demands. Just because she rejected Rajamouli’s film, he shouldn’t have discussed the issue in public said, Sridevi.
Moreover, Rajamouli added spice by saying that he is fortunate that she didn’t accept his offer. But, it is not really professional for a director of his stature to speak ill of an actress who had achieved so much in her career, being in the industry for 50 years.
