Strong Content Always Wins: SKN

Chennai Love Story Press Meet Hyderabad

Hero Kiran Abbavaram and heroine Sri Gouri Priya star together in “Chennai Love Story,” produced by the successful duo SKN and Sai Rajesh, who previously delivered cult classics like “Colour Photo” and “Baby.” The film is being produced under the Amrutha Productions and Mass Movie Makers banners by SKN and Sai Rajesh. Sai Rajesh has penned the story, while Ravi Namburi directs the film. Melody Brahma Mani Sharma has composed the music for the project.

“Chennai Love Story” is all set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on the 24th of this month. Ahead of the release, the makers organized a grand press meet in Hyderabad today, where Kiran Abbavaram’s birthday was also celebrated in a festive atmosphere. The makers projected supreme confidence at the press meet, but it was producer SKN who grabbed attention with his bold statements.

With expectations riding high after Colour Photo and Baby, SKN made it clear that the team is unfazed by comparisons and believes they have another winner ready for audiences. Speaking about the pressure surrounding the film, SKN asserted that Chennai Love Story should not be viewed through the lens of Baby. According to him, both films are completely different despite coming from the same creative team. He also emphasized that the team has immense faith in the film’s content and expects audiences to respond positively from the very first show.

“Our entire team is confident about the content. Chennai Love Story will release in the highest number of theatres in all our careers. We believe audiences will start appreciating the film right from the premiere shows. Comparisons with Baby don’t bother us because both films are entirely different.”

SKN also praised director Ravi Namburii for handling the project like a seasoned filmmaker and appreciated the performances delivered by Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gouri Priya. He added that the music by Mani Sharma has elevated the film further and expressed confidence that every department has delivered quality work.

With the release date approaching, SKN maintained that box-office competition isn’t a concern. Instead, he believes strong content always finds acceptance and is hopeful that Chennai Love Story will emerge as one of the biggest successes of the season.
