For the past few weeks we have been hearing a lot of news about the projects of Mahesh Babu. It became louder post the failure of 1 Nenokkadine as the star chalked up some huge plans to make up for the time lost and flop. He lined up projects that had a mix up of everything within the commercial set up without being repetitive.
But there was one problem that was bogging him down and that were the adjustment of dates for these projects to take off. The two projects suffering the most due to this predicament were the actor’s forthcoming films with director Koratala Siva and Mani Ratnam. Mahesh Babu for a long time wanted to work with Mani Ratnam and he didn’t want to miss that and at the same time he had kept Koratala Siva waiting for such a long time and didn’t want to dishonor his commitment. The problem basically was that he had to chose either one of those when he wanted to do both.
After mulling over this issue for a long time Superstar has finally come up with a solution. The star has reportedly replaced the producers of the Koratala Siva film (UTV Motion Pictures) who wanted the film to be prioritized first and shot on time in stipulated schedules. Now a new production house Mythri Movies has reportedly come in its place and they have no issue with the dates of Mahesh Babu and are willing to cooperate with him and let him simultaneously shoot the Mani Ratnam film as well. Now Mahesh Babu can simultaneously shoot both the films.
Well this is the latest talk doing the rounds in the industry and an official confirmation is awaited on this. If this is officially announced, what do you think of the decision taken by the star? Is he right to change the producer or should he have honored his commitment to the producer much like he is doing it to the director? Or is this a tough measure to let the production house heed to his need. Share us your thoughts below.
