By now everyone knows that the story of Nag-Karthi’s bilingual ‘Oopiri’ (Thoza in Tamil) was taken from a French film ‘The Intouchables’. Tamanna is paired opposite Karthi and plays the P.A. of billionaire Nagarjuna, who plays a quadriplegic in the movie.

Though everyone in the unit of ‘Oopiri’ had watched the original ‘The Intouchables’, Tamanna hasn’t watched the original yet. She decided not to watch the original intentionally because she didn’t want her performance to be affected by keeping original in mind.
For the first time Tamanna is also dubbing in her voice for the Telugu version of the film. She is quite fluent in Telugu and we can be sure that she can pull off her act very well. However she chose not to dub in her voice for the Tamil version as she is going to take one at a time..first try in Telugu and then later in Tamil.
