The stand-up comedian Manoj Prabhakar‘s defaming comments on the acting skills of Mahesh Babu in a show has made the fans rage over him and his family making his life difficult. Well, Tamil fans would have done worse if the same was done to their hero. Not that we are justifying what was done to Prabhakar, but it was quite obvious that fans would react this way for mocking the Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu just for the sake of a comedy show.

And now he had to apologize for the second time to calm down the angry fans of the superstar. The Tamil comedian has already written a long apology on his Facebook page asking the fans not to at least target his family. But for there was no change he had to delete his page. And he came back with his Facebook page with another apology video for the actor’s fans. But his apology might not just be accepted for the silly justification he gives.
He says making fun of celebrities is called Punching up and they make comedy out of the politicians and the actors as their status is higher than that of the comedian’s status. Just that someone’s status is higher, it doesn’t mean that you have all liberty to puncture their fame for your benefits. Isn’t it?
