It is none other than Thalapathy Vijay. The Tamil star has been silent since the beginning even though his fans have been doing a lot of relief work on the round. The actor has announced a donation of 1.3 Cr. It is to be split among Prime Minister Relief Fund, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Pondicherry Relief Funds.

Vijay has been a little late to the cause, but the way he has gone about it with something for all the South Indian states is a winning gesture. Apart from this, he is also giving a small amount to his fan clubs to help the affected people directly.

Among the many stars, it is Vijay who has been directly impacted by the covid-19 crisis. His film Master carrying phenomenal buzz slated to release on April 9th has been delayed indefinitely. It is his first collaboration with the Khaidi director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
