Telugu Producers are everywhere these days. Big Producers of Tollywood are testing their luck in other languages as well.
A Big Producer made a Tamil film in 2022 with a Superstar there.

Another Big Production House is now making a film with another Superstar which will release for early next year
The first producer expected to make a splash in Tamil but it was not the case. Now this production house is targeting big.

In this context, Tamil Producers are reportedly very upset with the way Telugu producers are operating in Chennai.
They are accusing these producers of bringing the bad remunerations culture in Kollywood.

The first Superstar was reportedly charging around 60 Crore (way back in 2021 and 2022). Then, this Telugu Producer came and took his remuneration to 108 Crore.
After that, taking it as a standard, other stars also increased their remunerations.
Reportedly, the another Superstar is being paid around 80-100 Crore after the market inflation.
And then, this production house came and reportedly paid 165 Crore remuneration.
With stars, there is only increasing of remuneration. Once they taste something, there is no going back. If any Telugu Producers are coming to Chennai, the local producers are worried.
