Arranging special shows for the films of star heroes started trending with Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri, which was screened on close to 380 screens across the globe on the eve of the star’s birthday. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan fans also tried to follow the trend and organized special shows for the star’s 2008 film, Jalsa, on September 1st as a tribute to Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, which falls on September 2nd.
Though the fans of both heroes coordinated well and arranged special shows for individual films on a record level, a few over-enthusiastic fans have created havoc in theaters. Reportedly, during the screening of Pokiri, Mahesh fans in a few areas damaged the screen. Now, during the Jalsa screening, Power Star fans have broken seats and caused damage to the theater’s properties.
Fans should understand that damaging the seats and other properties of a theater is completely wrong, and they are bringing a lot of shame and embarrassment to their favorite idols.
If the situation continues to remain the same, Tollywood fans and audiences may not experience any special shows for any hero film in the future.
