However, after all the action that happened towards the end of March, the Tollywood box office is now bracing up for what appears to be a dry and dull April.
There are only two notable worthy films this April and they are Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Jack and Tamil star Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly.

While Siddhu is coming up with a comedy entertainer with commercial movements in the form of Jack, Tamil Star Ajith Kumar is arriving with proper commercial action potboiler in the form of Good Bad Ugly.
It is a fact that neither of these films have generated too much buzz amongst the Telugu audience just yet. But considering the fact that they are the only two notable options this month, they have potential there. Incidentally, both of them happen to be releasing on April 10.

Then there’s Jaat which is directed by Gopichand Malineni. This film has Bollywood star Sunny Deol in the lead role. It is also releasing on April 10.
Odela 2, featuring Tamannaah is releasing on April 17. This film is being promoted as a sequel, and it has been seen if this would work out. Lastly, we have Priyadarshi Sarangapani Jathakam on April 18.
While there might be a decent volume of films, releasing this month, not many of them are showing great promise beforehand. These are all appearing to be hit and miss cases which could potentially work if they generate positive word of mouth.
