Telugu Cinema is all set to celebrate the 100 years of Indian Cinema. The big heads of industry had declared a one week holiday for all the federations of Tollywood. As a result, all the movie shootings came to a still. However, exception is given to few movies which are nearing completion. Those films have to obtain No Objection certificate to pursue shootings.

On the other side, all the 4 film industries in the South are going to celebrate 100 years of Indian Cinema at an event in Chennai. It is known that Mohan Babu had called for postponing the celebrations as the state is in a crisis. However, Movie Artistes Association (MAA) decided that artistes will participate in the event but not take part in the cultural activities.
