Right when the time she was on the peak of her career she married a Kannada based director Shivmani and settled in life. But what is more shocking about her story and the way she got married in just a day after meeting her husband.
Talking to a renowned channel she said that during a film’s shoot she met her husband and spoke to him at length. The way Shivamani was open about his feelings for Tulasi and said that he does not have much money but will take care of her supremely well, impressed her right there. This lead to the couple marrying each other secretly on that very evening itself.
What was even more interesting was that she hid this marriage from her brother and mother who were very close to her. This bizarre decision of her she says upset her parents horribly and they did not come to terms for a long time as to how a girl who meets a man in the morning, falls in love with him during the day and marries him in the night.
Quite shocking isn’t it. But wonders do happen and Tulasi is a proof of that.
