Any number related to the ultimate biggie of the year 2.0 has to be unbelievable and here is one big example of that. The satellite rights of the movie have been snapped up for a mind-boggling 110 Cr.

Lyca Productions which produces 2.0 starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar has struck a deal with Zee Network for the satellite rights. And it is worth 110 Cr. Naturally, it is a record, but the important thing to notice here is this is a package deal, and it includes three languages, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
As far as single language acquisition goes, Dangal sits at the top with 75 Cr for Hindi satellite rights alone. We have to wait and see what linguistic break up the makers of 2.0 show us. 2.0 is directed by Shankar, and it is a sequel to the beloved Enthiran aka Robo.
