Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer is on course to create history this year at the US box office.
According to the latest reports, Jailer USA bookings have received a great response, and the pre-Sales for the premieres have already crossed $520K with four days still to go.
The Rajinikanth starrer will have its premiere in more than 600 locations on Wednesday. The super strong pre-sale bookings suggest that Jailer is very much on course to become the ‘First Million+ Dollar Premiere Day’ South Indian film in 2023.
It will also be the second million-dollar movie for Rajini at the American box office.
The viral Tamannaah song, Kaavaalayya, and a well-cut trailer seem to have done the trick of exciting the audience, which is evident in the pre-sales at the US box office.
Jailer’s success is crucial for Rajinikanth, who is reeling under the effects of continuous flops like Petta, Darbar, and Annaatthe.
Director Nelson also needs to come back to his successful form after the flop result of his last film, Beast, starring Vijay.
