Prabhas’s latest theatrical release, Salaar had a fine run at the box office. The film is now the third highest-grossing Telugu film in the USA, next to Baahubali 2 and RRR.
Coming to the topic, Salaar is slowing down considerably in the USA and this brings us to the question, can the film touch the milestone mark of $9 million at the US box office?
Salaar has collected $8.65M till now and the film needs $350K to touch the impressive $9M mark. The film made around $56K on Wednesday and if this is a yardstick for the coming weekdays, it will need a strong third weekend to touch the $9M mark.
Touching the $9M mark wont make any difference to the position of the film on the list of highest Telugu grossers in the USA as it will still remain in 3rd place, but crossing the mighty $9M mark would be a record to boast for fans.
