Trivikram Srinivas is one of the most talented and reputed directors in Telugu cinema. He might have toned down the intensity of his films in the recent past, but back in the day, he was a master writer.
In the case of his recent films, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Guntur Kaaram Trivikram was rather complacent with the writing. He kept his writing efforts to very minimal and was intending to just make a commercial film.
But this has to change if Trivikram is to take it up or not with his upcoming film with Allu Arjun.
The primary communication is that this project is going to be a mythological action epic, and Trivikram has come up with a never before kind of a script for Allu Arjun.
Considering the nature of the script, we can naturally expect Trivikram extra hard in terms of writing and execution. But considering his efforts in filmmaking with his recent films, there is a doubt on whether he could actually trigger the old Trivikram in him.
Back in the day, Trivikram was absolutely out of this world with his writing and execution in films like Khaleja and Athadu. He needs to somehow channelise this vintage Trivikram for Allu Arjun now.
This film would also mark the pan Indian debut of Trivikram and that increases the stakes that much more.
All factors combined, Trivikram must get it absolutely right on every count with this film, as it isn’t just Allu Arjun who’s pinning hopes on him but even Trivikram’s own reputation is at stake here.
