Rajinikanth’s most anticipated Coolie and Hrithik Roshan and NTR’s War 2 are all set for a pan-Indian clash on August 14th.
According to trade experts, Coolie will thrash War 2 in South Tamil Nadu, as Coolie is an original Tamil film, whereas War 2 will have a big lead in North India as War 2 is an original Hindi film.
But Aamir Khan has played a cameo role in Coolie; if his cameo works in the movie, Coolie will also have a good collection in the North Indian market.
Additionally, War 2 will have the biggest opening in the Telugu market as NTR has played one of the lead roles in the movie. At the same time, Nagarjuna plays a crucial role in Coolie, so Coolie will also give a tough fight to War 2 in the Telugu states.
In Kerala and Karnataka, Coolie will acquire the most number of screens as Soubin Shahir and Upendra Rao are part of the movie.
Whereas the overseas market will be under the control of War 2, Coolie will also give a tough fight. Comparing the potential openings of both movies, overall War 2 will have a bigger opening than Coolie.
However, both movies will have a dent in their collections because of the clash, and it remains to be seen which movie, Coolie or War 2, is going to emerge as the clash winner on August 14th.
