Acharya turned out to be the biggest shocker in the career of Megastar Chiranjeevi. On multiple occasions, Chiranjeevi has directly or indirectly blamed director Koratala Siva for the failure of the film.
Even during the recent GodFather success meet, Chiru tried to take a dig at Koratala. He said that filmmaking is a collective effort and when all people contribute equally then only the film will turn out to be a blockbuster.
He said that if any director feels he is supreme and he knows more than his actors, writers, and technicians then the output will not be great. He added that when a director asks an actor to just act and not involve in the creative side of filmmaking then it is not a good sign.
People on social media are saying that Chiranjeevi should stop blaming Koratala for Acharya and move on. Koratala has gone through enough and as Chiru himself says that the entire team is equally responsible for a film’s success or failure, he also must take some blame for Acharya.
Many are also saying that Koratala Siva is a dignified and shrewd gentleman who knows how to counter allegations. In the past, he had a tiff with Boyapati Srinu regarding the script of Simha. He gave a proper retort to Boyapati in his own inimitable style when the time was right.
So Koratala might be waiting for the right time to speak about Acharya’s fiasco. Many are saying that during the promotions of NTR30 Koratala might speak on this issue. Some are also saying that Koratala Siva might not give any counter because of Chiru’s stature in the film industry. He might just let his work speak.
