Last year an unexpected thing happened when Prabhas’ much-hyped Radhe Shyam was thrashed badly by Vivek Agnihotri’s docu-drama The Kashmir Files at the box office. Both films were released on the same date, and the underdog film won by a big margin which was shocking.
Now history is getting repeated. After multiple delays, Vivek Agnihotri is finally releasing his next movie, The Vaccine War, on September 28. The same date on which Prabhas’ Salaar is gearing up for a grand release.
Fans on social media want Prabhas to take revenge on Vivek for the last time’s defeat. They feel Vivek is intentionally clashing with Salaar to gain some hype for his 10-crore budget propaganda film.
It will be interesting to see if Prabhas will settle the scores with Vivek Agnihotri this time or if Vivek will once again spring a surprise at the box office. But we can assure you that this time Prabhas is coming in full-on ‘Dinosaur’ mode, which will not be easy for any film to trounce his film like it happened last time.
