Nithya Menen essayed the lead role in the upcoming web series Kumari Srimathi from Swapna Cinema. A motion poster of the movie is unveiled which is meant to introduce the character of Nithya Menen.
It begins with two women conversing about Srimathi. “Abdul Kalam, Rajinikalam, and Srimathi,” they say in a sarcastic tone.” She likes to establish a business, rather than taking up a job. She doesn’t like to get married.
The motion poster is witty, yet interesting. The series is written and created by Srinivas Avasarala, while Gomtesh Upadhye is the director. Staccato and Kamran scored the music which will release on Amazon Prime Video soon.
Kumari Srimathi is a seven-part series which will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
