Tamil Star Karthi commands good popularity and decent market in Telugu. He will be next seen in PS Mithran’s Sardar whose shooting is nearing completion.

King Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Annapurna Studios has obtained the distribution rights of the movie for Telugu states. A grand release and massive promotions are being planned for the film.

Sardar is being planned for Diwali release.

Sardar features Raashi Khanna playing the lead actress, while Rajisha Vijayan and Chunky Panday are the other prominent cast. George C Williams cranks the camera and GV Prakash Kumar helms the music department.
