Distributor-turned-producer Razesh Danda is celebrating his birthday today and it’s a very special birthday for him, as he tasted consecutive hits as a producer with Samajavaragamana and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, and he has some exciting projects in the lineup.
Razesh Danda says he is happy to work with the people he shares a good association with. “Allari Naresh and Sundeep Kishan have been good friends of mine since the days I was doing distribution business. Naandhi falls under my favourite genre. Bachchala Malli is also my genre film. Subbu is the director. The story is set in 90s backdrop. It will be engaging all through. We are shooting the movie in original locations such as Annavaram and Thuni. We will wrap up the movie in a single schedule to begin on May 10th.”
The producer says he likes commercial entertainers. “I like action entertainers the most. I make sure action and other commercial elements are there in my movies. However, I also make certain that they won’t disturb the flow of movies.”
Razesh Danda’s previous movies have done satellite business, much before they arrived in the theatres. “The satellite or other business depends on the track record of the producer and banner. A teaser cut is crucial for any movie to garner attention. If the teaser is good, then the movie will make good pre-release deals.”
The producer also has films with Sundeep Kishan and Kiran Abbavaram.
