Dulquer Salmaan’s gangster action-drama King Of Kotha directed by Abhilash Joshiy is slated for release on August 24th. Today, the film’s pre-release event has been held with Nani and Rana gracing it as chief guests.
Nani said, “During his initial stages in Telugu, I gave voice to Dulquer’s OK Bangaram. He reached the next stage with his hard work and I’m happy to be here and also part of his journey. I’m really proud of his work. Dulquer is the only Pan India star. Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil directors pen stories for him and that’s the true definition of Pan Indian star. King Of Kotha looks promising.”
Rana said, “Dulquer was my junior at acting school. We became friends there. He is a very polite person. He’s doing a Hindi movie and the producers are my friends. The shoot was happening near my house. I went there to meet Dulquer. While he was sitting in the corner with the spot boy, a big Hindi heroine who is doing that movie was busy on phone. I couldn’t resist my anger to see the heroine wasting time. But Dulquer was calm. I scolded producers for the indecent behavior of the actress. Nobody could have excited more than me to see Dulquer doing an action movie.”
Dulquer Salmaan said, “King Of Kotha is a dream project for all of us. We were working the whole last year on this movie. This is the biggest movie in my career. I hope you will make it a blockbuster. Nana and Rana came here for me. I’m waiting eagerly for Hi Nanna. Though Abhilash is a first-timer, he comes with all of the experience that a veteran does. We will be in cinemas worldwide on August 24th.”
