Director Ajay Bhupathi of ‘RX 100’ fame is making his third film. Titled ‘Mangalavaram’, the village-based gritty action thriller is expected to feature a captivating storyline and technical quality.
The news is that ‘Mangalavaram’ is now in the post-production stage after having completed its shoot, spread over a period of one day less than a hundred days. About 51 working days involved elaborate night shoots designed to create an aesthetically striking visual experience.
The makers stated that they have successfully created the movie while maintaining both its content and quality. They expressed their confidence in director Ajay Bhupathi, emphasizing that he is crafting an exceptional film in a genre that has never before been witnessed on the Indian screen.
Payal Rajput will be seen as a village belle named Shailaja. The story has meaty parts for 30 characters.
Ajaneesh Loknath of ‘Kantara’ fame is expected to have delivered work in keeping with the film’s mood and tone. At the moment, producers Swati Reddy Gunupathi and Suresh Verma of Mudra Media Works and A Creative Works (owned by the director himself) are planning to opt for a multi-lingual release in all major South Indian languages.
