Varun Tej Pan India Debut With Matka

Varun Tej who is making his Bollywood debut with his 13th movie will join the list of Telugu actors to make Pan India debut with his 14th film to be helmed by Karuna Kumar. The makers locked the title Matka for the movie to be bankrolled by Vyra Entertainments.

The title poster indicates that the movie is set in a period backdrop. It is based on some shocking real incidents. The story happens between 1958 to 1982 in Vizag. Varun Tej will be playing a different role and he will appear in different looks in the movie.

Matka also stars Meenakshi Chowdary playing the lead actress and Nora Fatehi in a significant role. The film’s opening was held today and the makers announced to start the shoot soon.
