Action hero Vishal is coming up with an atypical sci-fi gangster drama Mark Antony directed by Adhik Ravichandran. After the film’s teaser and songs got a terrific response from all corners, the makers came up with a theatrical trailer released by Rana Daggubati.
As the trailer suggests the movie’s story is set in two different time periods with Vishal playing father and son. While Antony (Vishal) from the past is a gangster and a playboy who enjoys numerous affairs, his son Mark (Vishal) from the present time is an honest guy. With the help of a telephone created by a scientist, Mark gets the opportunity to talk to his father. However, the son is willing to slay his father. But why? We need to watch the movie to know the answer.
Vishal challenged himself to play two roles with different characteristics and he shined in both roles. Going by the trailer, the movie is quirky yet massy with intense action elements. The sci-fi elements also please everyone.
Ritu Varma played the leading lady, while SJ Suryah and Sunil were the other crucial cast. GV Prakash Kumar provided the music, while Abinandhan Ramanujam took care of the cinematography.
Mark Antony is all set for a grand release on September 15th.
