Superstar Rajinikanth endorsing Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership for Andhra Pradesh did not go well with the Ruling Party. Around half a dozen leaders have responded so far on this issue and leaders like Kodali Nani even showered abuses.
He even made very insulting comments like ఏపీ లో సున్నా, చీకేసిన తాటికాయ ముఖం, మూడు రోజులు షూటింగ్, నాలుగు రోజులు హాస్పిటల్ etc.
It is a big surprise how YSR Congress leaders are overreacting to what Rajinikanth said. It’s true he spoke highly about Chandrababu Naidu but he did not make any negative comments about Jagan or his administration.
This attack by YSR Congress leaders is worrying the party leaders of the Chittoor district. The erstwhile Chittoor district borders Tamil Naidu. In some constituencies, the Tamil population is also very high and they are influential in the elections.
Constituencies like Nagari, Gangadhara Nellore, and Kuppam have a high Tamil population.
In fact, Nagari has high Tamil population than the Telugu population. Tamil people are very attached to their language, culture, and film stars.
If they are offended by this attack on Rajinikanth, they can easily influence the outcome of the coming elections.
In Nagari, Roja is already swimming against the tide. As if that is not enough, this Rajinikanth factor will further worry her.
