CM Revanth Reddy who is constantly bombarded with criticism over not fulfilling his election promises, gave an interesting answer in Assembly on Thursday.
The CM said one of the promises he made during election campaigning was about giving a two bedroom unit in Cherlapally jail for KCR family.
It would be best as his son, son-in-law, daughter and daughter-in-law can be at one place with him. Like the two bedroom apartments we give to the poor, I had promised to build a 2-bedroom unit for the KCR family in Cherlapally jail.
I want to point out that I didn’t keep the promise. If I really wanted, none from KCR’s family would be out. But I am not into political vendetta.
I was put in the same Cherlapally jail for 16 days as an MP and party working president. I was put in detention cell on wrong cases. But I haven’t taken revenge, said Revanth Reddy.
The answer is definitely going to sting KCR and his family.
